By downloading, installing, or using TwoFrame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TwoFrame is a free iOS application that enables simultaneous recording of portrait (vertical) and landscape (horizontal) video using your device’s camera. Both recordings are saved locally to your device.
Yuriy Grishchenko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TwoFrame for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You retain full ownership of all video content you record using TwoFrame. We claim no rights over your recordings. You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or share.

All intellectual property rights in TwoFrame, including but not limited to design, code, and trademarks, are owned by Yuriy Grishchenko. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to such intellectual property.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuriy Grishchenko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
